Our story is about family resilience, and mutual support, as three generations work together on one problem very close to home for us.

Our mission is to empower dyslexic students to write with confidence through technology.

My bright, imaginative 13-year-old should be thriving at school, but he faces daily challenges due to his dyslexia. Frustrated by seeing him struggle in an education system that is not resourced to meet his needs and finding gaps in existing technology gave me my mission. I became determined to find a way to improve things.

I have almost 30 years’ experience of developing technology and my Dad has spent a lifetime studying and teaching languages, so it was an obvious first step to see what we could create by combining our skills and experience. Together my son, father and I developed our passion project into something we believe can positively impact the lives of many individuals living with dyslexia, as well as providing stretched education systems a better way to support those with additional needs.

Three years on, we have a working proof of concept which early testing shows already outperforms the competition – and there are many more improvements we can make.

If you would like to know more or think you may be able to help, reach out and connect, I’d love to hear from you.
